Sundirect DTH
Provided offer but redemtion problem

I recharge the sundirect with spicejet discount voucher, i got it discount voucher from sun direct but there is no option for redemption to this voucher from spicejet (from the spice jet have option to redemption only for credit card holder). after that i called to sundirect customer care and spoked to Mr. Venkatesh (Senior sales Executive) but they are not giving proper solution to solve my problems for redemptioning the spicejet discount voucher. For Mr. Venkatesh answer all the customer required the credit card to use the sundirect this offer. all the people not possible to kept the credit card (only possible to kept credit card business man high class guy) they are made it fraud add and attracted the customer after coming the sundirect they are cheating the customer. So please take the action this kind of company.
