TOTAL BLACKOUT SINCE 5th OCT

I have given my STB for repairs to my dealer on 5th Oct and i have still not recieved it. Everytime i call up in delhi call center they say " SIR UR PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 Hours". AFter every 24 hrs i call up and they tell me the same thing. Once their Customer care guy told me to tell my dealer to give me another STB, when i told this to my dealer they said they dont have any such information. When i asked my dealer when will i get my STB he said he does not have any idea the STB has been sent to Chennai. Its been 2 months now i am not able to watch TV and till date not a single person from DISH TV INDIA has contacted me regarding my case. I WOULD REQUEST THE CONSUMER NO TO GO FOR DISH TV ITS PATHETIC!!!
