Missing of sony channels

My dishtv vc no is 01501273204 we activated the gold pack of it but we dont get the all channels of this pack we tried many times to call the customer care by my airtel mobile no that shows this is incorrect no after this we sms to customer care and the sms reply was we will cotact you soon but they didnot call to us we are having this problem about 15 days
