Online payment debited but service discontinued

An online payment was done from my netbanking account on 13/10 for dish tv recharge, noida for INR 700 /- for two months recharge for the dish tv services for my parents at punjab.

The amount has been debited to my account with payment id 260405060 on same date ie 13/10/201.

But the dish tv service has been discontinued. Is this the way to promote or advertise the functioning of the firm.

Pl locate the fault in your system and revert back.

Payment has been done and hence service to be continued with immediate effect.
