TV not working

My LG LED TV model no 26LV2130 is not working. i complained on December 12th till now it is not rectified. LG service is very poor. i have been repeatedly & frequently calling the LG service center, every time they are telling reasons. we are vexed. so please take necessary action as soon as possible
