Respected Sir,

We have already using 1 connection of reliance DTH TV from last 5 years and we wanted new connection of reliance Dth for other room we talk to custmer care of Reliance the name of customer care spokesperson was dinesh and monikathey was telling us that recharge your old Reliance Dth of Rs-2990, we had recharge this amount but after that they are saying you cant get new connection and your money will not refunded, they are saying that we will give you package of 1 year on your old DTH. they have misguided us Dinesh is saying go to consumer a file a case we are not afraid. so plz help us on this Matter.
