Installation issues not addressed by airtel

My Details :

From last 2 days I am facing problem on My ATDTV that the error message says “Installation error”

Error code: SM2

I called Customer care and they said that it would be resolved by next day 3 PM but still no one has come to resolve it, I called customer care 4-5 times some says it will automatically gets fixed on turning on the Set Top box for atleast 30 mins. but still not resolved. I need to pay 100Rs to engg.

Why should I pay 100Rs if this is a fault of ATDTV???

From yesterday I called CC 810 Times and every time they says “You will get a call from us in next 1 hour to resolve your complaint” but it never happens.
