Today (Jan 19) suddenly a call came at 1:00 pm

SUBSCRIBE TO RADIOMIRCHI AT RS.10 FOR 7 DAYS

i just rejected the call when a song is playing

and after 1 min A MESSAGE CAME TELLING THAT

"THANKS FOR SUBSCRIBING RADIO MIRCHI" YOU WILL CHARGED 10 INR/ 7 DAYS

then i called the customer care and tell them to cancel that radiomirchi subscription and recorrect my balance

THEY DEACTIVATED THE SUBSCRIPTION BUT THEY DEDUCTED 10 INR AGAIN FROM MY MOBILE AND PUSHED MY BALANCE INTO NEGATIVE (AND NOW I CAN'T CALL CUSTOMER CARE UNTILL I RECHARGE)

THESE ARE THE CUNNING TRICKS OF THESE COMPANIES TO CHEAT SOME ILLETERATE PEOPLE OR BUSY PEOPLE

WHEN I ASKED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING "sir you may pressed any button that's why it is activated " (i just rejected the call using red button which we generally use IS IT MY FAULT)
