Complaint on DTH not responded promptly

My Airtel DTH (No.3002175655) was connected last December'2009. Service is quite ok except the following -

(1) Since last 2/3 months the set top box is not working properly. A few days back, company service person came and set right; but after some hours it has stoped working. They suggested to replace it which I agreed. But it is now three days they have not turned up. As a result, me and my family are not going to enjoy today's most important cricket.

(2) On the other hand, the airtel advertisements coming to my mobile are very very very disturbing.

Requested for necessary redressal please.
