We had a problem with Airtel Dish from 03.05. we had made a complaint on the next day. But till date no solution had been taken, in the mean time I had made more than 4 calls to their call center for the rectification. On Saturday (07.05.11) one person came & said that the Setup box to be Changed & also conformed that he will replace with New one by the next day. Yesterday (08.05.11) one of their person Mr. Subramani (Employee Code – FCHI 23) had came to our house & installed the very old setup box unit & informed us that we have to pay 350.00 rs for that & also he said that the Instrument will we guaranteed for only 3 Month, further any problem comes then we have to go for another unit, I had informed him that if you replace with New one then we can pay the amount, since you are replacing with the old one we need not to pay this amount as it is one of your duty to do service to the customer, in this due course of discussion Mr. Subramani had replaced the old fault unit in our house & removed the service unit & left the house with any response.
We want the AIRTEL to refund the Balance amount as on 2.05.2011 & also the Initial Deposit amopunt of Rs.2, 800.00 immideatly.
Our kindly in home are total upset with out network & mentally suffered lot as they are in Holidays.
Please sujest what to do in this
