DTH HD poor service

Hi,

My customer number is 3000079440. For the past 5 days i'm getting ERROR CODE 14 so could not watch TV. I gave complaint to call centre everyday, they say somebody will come today to fix the issue but nobody turned until this day. But after few hours of filling complaint a message comes automatically as "Issue is resolved, call "7829371520" if not". When I call that number most of the time he didnot pick the call, atlost oneday he picked the call and gave another useless mobile number "9379227794", this number nobody picks.

Please resolve this issue otherwise refund whatever my money i have in my DTH account. So I will go to someother DTH services. You have worst customer service, I wonder how you can increase your subscriber with this customer service.
