A PAID RS.450/- TOWARDS SUBSCRIPTION & ANOTHER RS. 150/- WHILE THE CONNECTION WAS INSTALLED. SINCE THEN I AM AWAITING TO VIEW THE SO CALLED BEST TV VIEWING EXPERIENCE. THE FUNNIEST PART IS THAT THE SYSTEM OF GRIEVANCE SETTLEMENT IS AUTOMATIC IN THE SENSE THAT YOU LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AT TOLL FREE NO. 5121 THROUGH AIRTEL MOBILE TO JUST GET A COMPLAINT REFERENCE & THERE AFTER WITHIN 24 HOURS YOU GET SMS CONFIRMING THAT THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITHOUT ANY BODY CONFIRMING WITH THE USER WHTETHER THE COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ACTUALLY RESOLVED OR NOT. ALTHOUGH MY PROBLEM IS SILL THERE I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF RESOLUTION FOR THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT REFRENCES WITHIN 24 HOURS WITHOUT ACTUAL RESOLUTION:
