I would like to draw your kind attention about my SR # 1188441 regarding my recharge airtel digital.

On 13-Apr Rs 800.00 has been chargesd form my credit card with your ref: 3011125 (paid thru unregistered phone number). Again on 18-Apr Rs 800.00 has been charged from my credit card with your ref : 5850590 (paid thru registered mobile)

I got bonus offer from for Rs 250.00 as I am Airtel mobile customer.

So total 800 800 250 = Rs 1850 I got total balance to Airtel.

And I supposed to pay for recharge Rs 750.00 (1850- 750 = Rs 1100) is my balance on your side.

Till date no call and they have closed my SR without intimation me. Every time they will give new Service Request.

Wonder how they are working, you call everyday almost half an hour, they will give you everyday new apology, then next day you will call and your call will go another call center, then again same story...****ing story.
