Extremely BAD Service and Customer Care

We have been using Airtel Digital for more than 6 months now. 2 months back I decided to change my package from ULTRA to ECONOMY. For that I contacted their Customer Care number 12150. After 15-20 attempts i got hold of a Human Voice which told me, "Sir, there are technocal faults right now. Please try after a few days."

I again tried, and by this time my Cable TV Account Balance was almost nil and hence I was told to recharge it first and only then they will be able to change the package (I still am not able to get the hang of this Looting logic). Anyways, I recharged my account with rs 600 and kept trying to get the package changed till this date.

Most of the times, Customer Care call was disconnected automatically and rest of the times either customer care VERY RUDELY Disconnected the call in between me explaining my troubles or told that there are TECHNICAL iSSUES please try after a few days.

Today, on 8th May I again recharged my account with Rs 300 and VOILA this time I have a new isuue to face. It has been more than 3 Hours and still my Cable connection has not been restored.

I can't explain how ditched I am feeling right now. I hope, Mr Sunil Mittal (so concerned about their drop in profit for this fiscal) gets to hear any one of the NUMEROUS complaints regarding the services he is offering.
