I am Anis Uddin Sheikh, customar I.D is 3000986535 . Today i have got sms from airtel digital service '' DEAR CUSTOMER, YOUR SERVICE REQUEST REFARENCE NO. IS 3770461 FOR ''VC ISSUES ''HAS BEEN RESOLVED.IF THE ISSUE IS UNRESOLVED PLEASE CALL 9007005636 .When i called that number then got response mobile switch off. Why you give this type of service number which number can't get service to the customer.

I am Anis Uddin Sheikh, customar I.D is 3000986535 . I had complain so many times because of disturbing set-top box. Three months ago Airtel service boy came & saw the condition of set-top box, he also told me that set-top will be changed. On 28.08.2010 your airtel service boy came & changed the box but till now i am not getting picture. All time set top box showing error 14 . This your's service. How much time to get picture in my t.v . please let me know.
