Free days not added to subscription pack

Hi,

This is Aniket. My Airtel Digital Customer id is 3006429127.

I had recharged my Airtel Digital subscription with Mega pack on 10-Dec for 6 months. At that time there was an offer of 30 days additional subscription free with the 6 month recharge. I havent got that with my pack and even after repeated calls to their customer care there is no concrete solution to my problem. The customer care is not at all supportive. They assure on arranging a call back from their Senior Executive but i havent received any call yet.
