Extremely poor service

Hi All,

There was no sisgnal in my digital tv and we raised a complaint for an engineer visit, which was comited to resolve within 24hrs.

My req no. was 20208642. Inspite of following up more than 5 times in a day no engineer visited my place.

Then we received a call from the callcenter after asking them to disconnect the connection, again they asked us to wait for the next day. Most surprisingly they opened a new request (Req no. 20233940) since they have to close the req within 24 hrs so that they dont breach their SLA's.

and to show that they are providing an exceptional service.

After this its for sure that I 'am not going to retain my Airtel Digital connection in near future. As for all these engineer visits we are the one who have to pay 100 Rs per visit.

I dont recommend any one to opt for Airtel Digital. All the commitments and endorsements are false.
