Fraud through sms

My name is rajneesh sethi no.09837890383 i have also got such sms and deposited 440/rupees in SBI a/c no.20074921028 of mr. Swapan roy. I dont know how any can cheat on companies site and with logos on that >Why company is not taking any action on that.why can such a/c be detacted.

kindly help in the matter. The fax no. given on net which never works 011-43852002.
