Nonactivation of STB

Dear Sir,

My Name is Kishor Mishrilal Koshti, Resi. Add:2, Deep Apartment, Audichyanagar, Gordhanwadi, Kankaria, Ahmedabad-380022. I have booked Airtel Digital TV on Date :1-08, Then After they were instolled that on 4th August 1.00pm, But their after till date and time My digital tv is not activated and showing Error code-6, I complain for that on date :4th August and they give me refrence no3481589 and today i got Sms from that side that your complain was resolved, but when i checked the complain was sill their and complanin not resolve and i call on given sms comtect no9662013296 on many times but no reply on that no. My Costomer ID-3004844355, Please solve my complain as early as possible
