Cheated In Payment

Dear Sir,

I am a very old customer of Airtel Digital TV. My Name is Mohit Kumar Sharma and my customer ID ia 3000035506. Customer of Airtel Digital TV is uneducated and irresponsible. Last night on 11th June i called them to upgrade my channels. Before theat i confirm about all channels including HD channels. Company told me in ultra pack you will get all channels including HD Channels Ten Sports HD, Movies Now HD and Discovery HD. But After one hour i realsied company has cheated me. They disconnect my Punjabi Pack and told me it is not covered in Ultra Pack. They Also tell me to see HD channels you have to take extra Packs to subscribe them. Now company is saing they heave done it by mistaken and not ready to refund my cash and to fullfill their promise to start all the channels.

I suggest Portability must be started in Satelite Service Providers also.
