Automatic Package activated

I'm sandeep Anand from Amritsar (Punjab). I'm using Airtel Digital Tv connection and my customer id is 3001088442. I'm using dish for about 1 n half yrs. My problem is that my account packages are automatically changed. Everytime the packages are changed by default. When i ask customer care about this problem, they said that your package has been changed but nothing had changed in reality. They said that i have changed my package and they don't solve my problem. I'm very annoyed from this and want a strict action against them. Please help me.
