No one has come for reinstallation since 1 month

Hi, my customer id is 3002126223. I.ve asked for the re installation of my airtel digital tv from past 1 month. Till now no one has called me back or visited my place. This is the worst customer care i.ve ever seen. 919621121121 got a call from this no today at last. The lady informed u will get a call from another no one called back. If i try calling to that number it says incoming is barred. If i call customer care, they cut the call in between the converstation. If i don get the re installation done today, i'll complain against all of u in consumer court
