Post Reinstallation compaints unattended

This complaint is in regard to the post re installation problems i have been facing of Airtel digital TV. I had called up and register for re installation of the same on the 30th July'10 and the re installation was done on 28th Aug'10 after escalating a lot. When they reinstalled the channels were coming up fine for 15min and after that it is showing Error Code 6 and asking to recharge the account. i have recharged the account twice, i have 650Rs balance in my account now. But even after that i am not able to view any of the channels. i have called up customer care so many times that i am really fed up of it. They simply say that u will get a call in next 1 hr. but that 1 hr has never come up till now.

there is so much communication gap between the Customer care and the technician. these customer people really suck. when i call them they hang up the phone saying thanks for calling Airtel Digital TV. If a company can't service its clients then why give out new subscription when its pathetic at servicing end. The distance between the old and new residence is less than 100mts and such a bad experience when we are ready to spend money to have the same shifted.

I would like to file a complaint with minimum 50000Rs compensation for all the agony, frustration and irritation we are still undergoing because of the same. If the issue is not resolved today i am going to file a complaint in Consumer Court for the same.
