Hi, my customer id is 3002126223. I.ve 500rs balance in my account but still i get error code 6, please recharge ur account in my screen. I'm not able to view any channels. I'm really fed up calling customer care, they do not respond for anything properly. I could see that there is a huge communication gap between customer care people and the engineers. Its more than a month i.ve given complaint. If it doesn't get resolved by today, i'll go to consumer court n complain on the same
