Fraudalent changing of plans

Let me start by saying that Airtel is the NO.1 FRAUD in doing business, either mobile, internet or DTH. I took a connection with Airtel and had recharged for a whole year for all 3 regional top ups that i have selected. In the middle of the year, i had a problem with my set top box. The Airtel representative come to my house and changed the STB and also charged me Rs. 100 for it. After that, he only activated 2 regional topups instead of 3 that i had already paid for earlier. Multiple calls to call centers have not yielded any result. The call center guys are very rude and half of them dont understand a thing of what we say. When i shouted at one of them, he activated the one regional topup and charged me for it again even without me organizing. I am writing this now as I am currently on a call with call center person for about 15 mins with no response. I hope i dont get disconnected.

Please, please... dont go for Airtel... they will suck all your money
