Pathetic customer service

My Customer id 3000259514

asked for relocation of installation of setup box

scheduled service engineer visit 4 times, 31st march, 5th april, 6th april and 7th april

no one will call when the slot is booked

its disgusting to go through each and every same step when we call the customer care

service is very pathetic

even i sent one email to airtel digitalTV@airtel.in still no action

I dont think any one should go for airtel, its worst service they give

I feel others are far better, but please dont go for airtel any time

still im waiting for some one to come and install

no one is cared about customer, a frustrated customer... they are making frustrated to ***
