Name should be change on airtel site

Airtel digital TV service is two poor they don't even respect the customer, I told them to give connection but after so many complements (complement number are 4369704, 4366324) they given after two days and check the Airtel site they written wrong address and wrong name, after calling the customer care they said that its not possible to change the name.

Customer care executive Mrs. Pooja, she wont understand english.

Request to change the name as BHAVANI Nagaraj, instead of BAVHVANI, and date of birth as 10-06-1982.
