HI,

I have taken a airtel digital tv connection 4 months ago.

I have recently moved to a new place with in the same area (i.e whitefield).

I have raised a request for relocation 5 days back.i.e. 02-mar.

They gave me a request number and told me that it will be done in 48 hours.

They gave me a phone number of the engineer.

he never called me and I tried his number and I was not able to reach him for 2 days.

I really do not know what is their SLA for this kind of request.

It is bad from their part not fixing the antenna for 5 days.

I have missed all the important cricket matches.

God knows when they will fix it.
