Extremely poor and irritating customer after sales service

Hi,
This is to let you know that i have filed a complaint regarding "Bad reception quality of the signal" on 3rd of April. Since then the complain have been fraudulently closed twice without taking any kind of steps whatsoever towards providing me a solution.
The problem has not been solved yet but still i am receiving all kind of calls from customer care (01146867900) asking for all kinds of details that i have already shared with them at the time of booking the connection.
Today, the problem has worsened further instead of getting solved as all of the channels have started showing either "No Signal" screen or "Unsubscribed Channel" screen.
However, the package which i have subscribed is a 3 Months Package being sold with "Sony Bravia 32 Inches LCD TV" with effect from 16 March.
CC guys claimed that the problem will be solved by today 3 PM. However no one has turned up till now nor anybody has even bothered to call me and ask about the problem.
It is becoming an extremely unpleasant and irritating experience with Airtel Digital TV and if the problem is not resolved withing next few days, i will be left with no option than to switch over to some other DTH vendor.
