Problem in set top box
i am residing at Ahmedabad.my airtel set top box is not working from last 7 days has been passed since i've complained for it..my complain no./reference no. are 2335483, 2358586 and 2372963&.but no one has came to fix the problem. i regularly call at the no. 12150 and everytime they assure me that a representative/technician is on the way, but i dont know what's their problem? such an irresponsible behaviour..very bad customer service.
