AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
COMPLAINT NOT BEEN RESOVED

My Airtel digital TV A/c No. is 3004479433 I purchased this connection on 26-6 and my compliant No. is 3826641 I booked this complaint on 12-9 at 11.45 AM.

Representative on toll free No. 18001028080 has assured me that ur compliant will be resolved today till 6.30PM today.

I again called at 4.30PM on the same day than also representative on the same toll free no. assured me of the same time limit.

but no technical representative visited or called me up

So I again call on toll free no. at 7.45PM, this time ur representative said that we will SMS you our dealer phone No. on which you have to call. I did not get any SMS I again called on ur toll free No. were I was provided with the Mo. No. of the dealer M/s COMFORT, Bhopal Mr Ramtani Mo. No.9893113533 I called dealer on Monday but he did not answered my Phone

I 9.45 Pm on sunday 12-9-10 itself I mailed at digitalTV@airtel.in my complaint

On monday 13-9 I was provided with various Mobile and Telephone No's of Technical person but of No use.

My complaint has not been solved till 15/9 7.30 PM

Company are there only to sell their products, does they are not bound to provide after sale service to their customers

from 12-9 to 15-9 my airtel DTH connection is showing NO SIGNAL but airtel company has not provided any assistance to me
