No signal during rains

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Niranjan Sahoo, customer ID-3000750169, have taken a Airtel Digital TV connection. As the monsoon already started raining here, I am facing difficulties while watching TV. There is no signal transmission during rains because of which I'm unable to watch tv.

Kindly provide a solution to this as soon as possible.
