Money not refunded back

I had ordered a Airtel DTH for 2 connections in Borivali West, Shimpoli area through Online and paid Rs. 3500/- through Credit Card. The installation could not happen as the Society didnt permitted to install the Antenna on the terrace so i ad signed a cancellation form on around 15th of May but till date i have not received the money back in spite of several calls to Airtel DTH Customer Care and also to the dealer. Even i was not given any complaint number by the Customer Care executives. I am now fed up following with them, so i need my money back with interest.
