Might be that was the bloodiest mistake ever in my life when I decided to purchase Airtel digital TV as a gift to my family. It happened exactly one year before. Literally I never felt such type of poor customer care. We really facing problem from them of no response. And now I fed up. I totally lost my patience now. That’s why I am approaching this way. This is not happening all of sudden. Actually we are renovating our house and doing construction for the first floor. Our workman / labor are facing some problem with the dish antenna and they people have disturbed the direction of the antenna. Now we planned to shift the antenna to other place on same floor. For that, we (me & my wife) are trying from 7th of December regularly to the customer care of Airtel DTH (no. 1800 102 8080 & 12150). Every time we faced the computerized system and after so many buttons we are able to connect the technical or customer care representative. All the time we received same response from them i.e. “We’ll see the matter and trying to resolve the problem. We are booking engineers time slot for you and the engineers are coming to your residence within this and this time. They will call you before coming, so make sure your presence at home.” But till date we neither receive any phone call from the airtel staff nor any engineer at home. They booked at-least 3 complaints of mine. Every time same response. First time my complaint was booked with the complaint no. 158335 on 07.125.09 and with the assurance to resolve the problem any how before 6.29 pm of 08.12.09, but still no response. We again contact to customer care they again booked my new complaint with no.1592314 on 09.12.09 and time slot was given this time is 3 - 4 pm of 09.12.09 and assurance to resolve the problem before 6.19 pm of 10.12.09. On 9th up to 6 pm after getting no response from them I went to the local service center of my city. There I met a co-operative fellow he listened my problem and he himself contacted to the customer care. He again got the same response and got a new complaint no. along with new time slot. This time the complaint no. is 1595017 and the time slot is 9-10 am of 10.12.09. But the result is same, no response. Mean while I have lost my cell phone with the registered no. I already informed to the customer care executives and given my all the contact nos. for any communication. On 10th after waiting for a long time we contact to the customer care again for so many times. At the last at 5.30 pm I got one direct no of Mr. Vinay Sahu ji (9758583611) to contact. He divert me to another no. of Mr. Uday bhai (9755553476) after two three communication finally he gave me a new time slot for the same day and assured that the problem will be resolved before 8.0 pm. But sir, no response again from any engineer. After waiting up to 8 we again contact to mr Uday, this time he gave me the direct no of an engineer Mr Rajesh (9926899645). He told me to wait up 9.30 pm. And trust me we waited till 10 pm and again try to contact to all above nos. After a long time I got Mr Uday and he told me to wait up to 8.0 am of 11.12.09. Still it is 10.30 and still it is no response.
I don’t know who will receive this complaint, but please sir now I am totally fed up and request you to please dis-connect my connection and adjust my balance to my prepaid mobile connection at the earliest.
