Wrong Deduction against service charge

My complain is this as per airtel customer care airtel engineer visit to my home and attend my complain 3.12.2009 solve my problem. But as per customer very very advance service by airtel company Not a any engineer visit to my home and not solve my any problem but airtel company is deduct 100Rs. in my account. If the any query to airtel toll free customer care sir this write deduction this is my company rule. I am customer this my openium world biggest fraud company.
