Changed subscribed package without inform to the custome

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Airtel Digital TV (DTH) connection. When I have taken the connection, I have subscribed the package 125 tax (South Value).

After 6 months without informing to the customer (me), they have changed to 325 tax (South Mega Plus package (come to know after discussing with the customer care service agent)). I recharged the my digital TV account 2 times with amount of 300. Within a month I received the message my account balance is low, then I verified and come to know that, they have changed my subscribed package without my knowledge.

I am facing different kind of issues with Airtel Digital TV (Some time not working at all), I complaint many times, it is not resolved properly.

I asked to connect to their manager, they are kept me to wait for long time (nearly 1 hour many times) after that no one will come over line or if some one in line, some irrelevant answers.
