Airtel DTH was not working

Dear sir,

i am chandrakant, i have been using airtel DTH (Customer ID 3002115002) for the last 2months. and last 3 days exactly 15 jan 10 may airtel DTH was not working, there is technical problem, (No signal/loss signal) I called many time customer care they said our side technical problem. but I check my neighbours airtel DTH is working.

i really fed up calling them.

please help me in this case.
