Bad Service

I am really having bad timings with Airtel Digital TV, I had problem with my settop box, and had reaised complaint. The customer care suggested that it will be taken care withing 24 hours. Since then its 15 days now every day I am calling to customer care and they have same answer that our engineer will visit me in a day but still it didnt got solved.

I am a part of gujarat region and custome care guy given me head of gujarat technical service number : 079 - 40037114 but that number no one replies (Not a surprise for me)...

I am so angry that want to throw out the set to box... and suggest every one to NEVER BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
