I would like to bring to the notice that how Lethargic and irresponsible are the branded service providers. There are designed to only suck the blood of inocent people. The trailing mails would give brief account of efficiencies of AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.

Dear Sir,

I been customer of Airtel digital TV since Oct-09 opting for the offer price of Rs.1550/- with subscription validity of 6months & applicable pack is South super Value. I have been attracted towards on religious channel 'Subhavaartha' which was offered at that time, even after being an TATA Sky user for more than 2 years. Unfortunately, the channel was discontinued much earlier than the free subscription period. Apart from that it was experienced that the channels in the applicable pack were very frequently switched on/off. The following are issues are more painful than mentioned above.

Feedback:

1. None of the modes suggested by you are accessible. SMS No: 54325 from other than Airtel mobile is never accessible.

2. Only once I could contact 1800 1028080 when the executive has instructed me to try SMS mode and disconnected.

3. Ph. No:020-40181400: After 15 min of waiting [an IVRS system] connected to IVRS system which got disconnected after 3 stages.

Finally resorted to this mode and would request you to restore/ADD subhavaartha (telugu) channel with my existing South super value. Kindly exclude if there are any other ADDON pack to my applicable pack.

Thankyou for your responce. Please be informed that your records are also wrong. I am still not getting SUBHAVARTHA channel. Apart from the said channel i am not getting Zee telugu also which i suppose is also a part of your Telugu Free top up. And I am able to view MAA channel which is quite a part of Telugu Free top up.

You are requested to kindly resolve my problem so as to validating your practices.
