Bad Service & warranty Problem

I am Mahendra have Airtel Digital TV, I was purchased before 5 month & i got problem from last 3 months, nobody taking any action on it. when we call to customer care they told to contact Dealer & dealer is not listing i have to complaint daily, i want to say all people that airtel digital TV is a bad product & Bad services from it 2 times set top box changed but it was not succesfully running. so all person who think to purchase Airtel digital TV they think about its services & Product.
