Amount Credited from Account for Unsubscribed Channels

Last Month I re-charged for Rs. 500 on my account. Within a couple of weeks received a SMS saying amount is low and askd to recharge. When I looked at the statement within three days after the last recharge they've deducted around approx. Rs.275 saying subscribed to some channels. Those channels are not subscribed my nor watched by me. reached the customer care for than 10 times, every time the call will get disconnected when they say that they'll look at the account or when they're not able to answer my question. Wrote couple of mails to digitalTV@airtel.in but no response. Even today I called up and spoke to Prabhakar but got disconnected as usual.

The statement for the creadit amount shows date in 2009. Not sure what it is? Below are the entries on the statement
