Sir,

I am a customer of airtel digital having the customer id no. 3000373645, I have asked this organisation to add necessary channels to my base subscription package. I logged a request for the package on the date 5th may then I complained to the customer care when the channels didn't showed up the next day . they requested sum more time for the same, but things never went in my favour and I had to call them for the same again and again .finally I asked them to register a complain on 7th, they said that the result would be positive and you would be called by our customer helpline team within next 48 hours now time has passed by and I am still stressed and not able to see the requested channels. now when I ask them to take down my requests there senior officers one of them is Mr Girish team supervisor, got mad over me and disconnected .the registered complain no was 2638341. please help me.
