Signal Loss

I have purchased new Digital Tv connection on 27.06.2010 (Cust ID:30044932100) but i m facing a serious problem of Signal loss because when the little bit of rain or clouds came it shows no signal. This is happened atleast 30 times in these 9 days but when i hv call customer care to log a complaint first they hold the line and make call till 40 to 45 mins and after that they disconnect call or said we r sorry. But when i hv told them tolog complaint and check this then their ececutive says that pay rs.200 for relocation. I hv not told their employee to that where u install this. After 3rd call they give me only refrence no. that is 70355358.Pls help me regard this because in same weather other dishes working finr and i hv also a another digital tv dish that working fine. The another dish is on my Name and hv cust id:3000896162.
