Second Box not giving the channels commited by the company

I am using AIrtel digital service for last three years. Now two days back I had rchsed another set up box with the same connection by paying Rs 1750/-. Amount was paid M/s Sahny Communication. Tripuri. Patiala. As per my old plan there wer 160 channels and I was assured that you will get the same number of channels. Earlier my monthly rent was Rs 260/- and it was also assured that after the installation of second box rent would be reduced to Rs 160/-. per month. Kindly take appropriate action on top prioritty to provide me all channels as commited by the dealer/company. My Consumer Id # is 300-0043-869. An early action would be appriciated.
