AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
No signal since 4-July

There is no signal in my Airtel Digital TV since 4th July. I have been complaining since 5th July to the customer care 3 to 4 times daily for the resolution. There are 4 tickets raised till date for the same, they are 3222355, 3238437, 3246773 and 3259118. But, everytime I call customer care they say it will be resolved by tomorrow. But, till now it is not done. I request Airtel to give back my money back which I have given for yearly subscription and for other top ups so that I can go for service from other service providers. They say we can NOT do that. They have given franchise to other dealers for repairing service. They are quite unprofessional.
