Sorry for remind again My complain is not resolve on till date . i do again complain in c care number and he is given me again a reference no 3474018 but no give me satiafaition again complain My yesterday your person call me his name is nitesh and he ask me with in 4 hour my problem willbe resolove but after 24hour no any person call me and no any technician visited on my home. And again the refrence no 3474018 without resolve he send me a messsage your service request reference no is 3474018 for stb issuse has been resolve. Sir Now you tell wat i do please help me .iam writing last mail to u . then Name is ashutosh srivastav and i am your digital tv custoumr my custumer id is 300107221. Last ten day your set top box is not working i am locking a complain on your customer care numbers. Every time he given me a new complain no i am very freststed now wat i do my complain is not resolve so pleaseyou sugest to me wat i do if you r not resolve my problem then please tell me i will do surrender this digital t v please reply soon.
