My video is not working properly. It only displays distorted images. I complained initially on 13 August. A person came to my house and saw the problem and left without resolving the issue. The complaint was closed without resolving the issue. Again i complained on tuesday. This time also complaint was closed without resolving the issue. This time nobody came to my house. Once again i complained on thursday. Again complaint was closed. Today i called, new complaint registered. This is the worst customer care experience one can have.
