AIRTEL DIGITAL TV
No connection made even after one month from payment

Please note the below attached email which are self explanatory.

Till date I have not received any sort of positive response from these guys.

With reference to the below mentioned mails, Still awaiting any sort of response from your side.

So far have tried calling your customer care centre 24 times with assurances of getting the problem rectified and somebody will contact within 24 hours but no progress so far.

I again repeat myself, it is going to be a whole month since I have made payment if you are unable to make the installation then please refund the money paid.

If you are unable to make the connection please refund the amount without any more delays.

If this matter is not resolved by next i.e. 13th September exactly one month after making the payment, self will be forced to start taking legal action by approaching customer court.

Please treat this as a 7 day notice.

With reference to the below attached mails, Got call from your Delhi customer care but still no sign of any technician or anybody else for setting up the connection. This inspite of getting assurances of getting the call within 24 hours from the customer care. It is almost going to be a month after making the payment and 10 days since sending mails to your customer care.

If you are unable to make the connection please refund the amount without any more delays.

If this matter is not resolved by next Monday (today is 6th September) i.e. 13th September exactly one month after making the payment, self will be forced to start taking legal action by approaching customer court.

With reference to the mail attached below sent earlier on 27th August please note that self got a prompt call on 28th August.

However after taking note the details, self was promised that local area manager for new connections will get in touch asap.

But so far, i.e. until 31st August 1600 hrs, no one else has contacted self regarding the above matter.

Please note that self has applied online and had got a call on 12th August around 1830 hrs.

Then self had paid 5490 Rupees via IVR for HD connection with PVR Setup box.

Rest all the details are given in the previous msg below.

Please clarify as well as schedule the installation at the address given below asap.

Good day,

I, Capt. Varun Kadian, had applied online for a new Airtel Digital TV HD connection with PVR option.

I got call from your customer executive on 12th August regarding the same. During the process self had made a payment on the same day from credit card with transaction ID : 10259775.

Customer ID given was : 3004944950.

In response Self got 3 SMS with installation scheduled for following timings :

1. 15 August 0900 hrs

2. 17 August 1500 hrs

3. 26 August 0900 hrs

However Till date (27 August 1100 hrs) nobody has come for installation so far.

Please clarify as well as schedule the installation asap.
