My cutomer ID 300386577--When I switch on my TV no signal message is being received. I have lodged complaint no 3803557 and 3810787 but in spite of repeated assurance no body has turned up to attend the complaint. No senior person is ready to come on line, the customer care executive have been probably instructed either not to pass on the call and if they pass it to their seniors the phone keeps on ringing and you are inform plz keep holding as the seniors are busy on the other line and after 10 minutes you are disconnected intentional or otherwise only they know. These MNC's are taking customer for a ride. A cable operator would have attended the problem with in an hour.
