Remote problem

Hi,

My complaint id is 3001282406. I have registered the complaint for non-working of remote of my digital tv on 13th sept whose complaint no. is 3838467. Then again i registered the same complaint on 14th sept because no action was taken whose complaint no. is 4849965. No action was taken on this complaint even.

So i again registered the complaint today on 21st sept whose complaint no. is 3916458. It was told that the problem will be resolved by 1 in afternoon but no action was taken. I seek your help to redressal my complaint and provide me justice.
